Ideaal voor het bereiden van soepen, stoofschotels en bouillons. Door de ruime inhoud en gelijkmatige warmteverdeling is hij perfect voor langzaam koken en het bereiden van maaltijden in grote hoeveelheden. Temperatuurregeling inbegrepen.
Bought this mainly for Sunday batch cooking and it's earned its counter space. The generous capacity means I can make a big pot of stew and still have leftovers for the week, and the temperature control actually holds a low simmer without me babysitting the burner.
Made a huge batch of beef stew Sunday and the heat stayed nice and even the whole three hours, no scorching on the bottom at all. The generous size means I've got lunches sorted for the week, and the temperature control makes it easy to keep things at a low simmer without babysitting it.
Made a big batch of beef broth in this and the heat stayed so even across the whole bottom that nothing scorched. The generous capacity means I'm not splitting a stew into two pots anymore, and the temperature control actually holds a low simmer without babysitting it.
