Grillpanne med lokk

I was worried vegetables would turn out soggy, but the even heat on this pan gives them a nice char without steaming. The temperature control makes it easy to keep things from burning.

The grill marks on my steaks came out sharp and even, way better than my old flat pan ever managed. The temperature control actually holds steady, so the chicken thighs cooked through without burning on the outside.

Even heat across the whole pan—no hot spots, which surprised me for the price. The lid is handy for finishing veggies after searing, though it fogs up fast so I have to wipe it. Solid weeknight pan overall.
