Steamed broccoli and dumplings in my 9.5" pot and they came out crisp-tender instead of mushy, and honestly it did feel faster than my usual setup. The lid sits snug with no wobble, and cleanup was a quick rinse.
Didn't expect much from a lid, but this thing genuinely cut my cooking time down — veggies came out crisp and bright instead of mushy. It fits my 9.5" pot perfectly and the flavor really does hold up better than plain boiling.
Steamed a whole head of broccoli in my 9.5" pot and it came out bright green and crisp-tender in way less time than boiling usually takes. The lid sits snug with no wobble, and cleanup was just a quick rinse.
