The stainless steel blades stay sharp through weeks of daily veggie chopping, and the four sizes cover everything from fine mincing to breaking down a whole chicken. The handles feel solid in my hand even when they're wet.
The smallest knife in this set has become my go-to for everything from mincing garlic to slicing apples. They sit comfortably in my hand even during longer prep sessions, and the blades still feel razor-sharp after a few weeks of daily use.
The stainless steel blades on these are razor-sharp right out of the box — I diced a whole onion without any tearing or effort. The handles feel sturdy in my hand, and having four sizes means I always grab the right one instead of making do.
