Eli ★★★★★

Those Granton indentations actually work — cucumber slices slide right off the blade instead of clinging on. The stainless steel feels properly sharp out of the box, and it's handled everything from onions to squash without any drag.

Ellie ★★★★★

The 7-inch blade is a great size for everyday prep, and onions no longer stick to the sides the way they did with my old knife. Handles a full pile of vegetables without any drag.

Andrew ★★★★★

Those Granton indentations actually work — sliced potatoes slide right off instead of clinging to the blade. I've been using it daily for a couple weeks and it still cuts through onions like nothing.
