The weight and balance in the handle make long prep sessions way less tiring on my wrist. It's held a sharp edge through weeks of nightly cooking, and the blade feels sturdy without being clunky.
Diced three onions and a pile of carrots back to back and the blade never dragged once. The weight in the handle makes it feel steadier than my old knife, and cleanup was just a quick hand wash and dry.
The handle stays comfortable even during longer prep sessions, which I didn't expect at this price. The blade came out of the box sharp enough to slice tomatoes paper-thin without squishing them.
